The second generation consists of all the cardholders who were referred by your first generation. Your entire Cash Back Organization includes six generations of cardholders.

Every month you will have a Maximum Cash Back amount that you can earn for that month. That is the most that you can earn in Cash Back for that month. That number is based on the spending of your Cash Back Organization during the look back period. The look back period starts on the 26th day of the second month preceding the month being calculated and ends on the 25th day of the month preceding the month being calculated. For example, the look back period for August would be June 26 to July 25.

The Cash Back that you are eligible to earn is based on the spending of your Cash Back Organization . If absolutely nobody in your Cash Back Organization spends money with their Cash Back Card during a given month, you will not build up Cash Back for that month. However, if the cardholders you referred begin spending in the future, then you will become eligible for the Cash Back based on their spending.

If you spend less than $350 in non-PIN Domestic purchases in a given month, you will not earn any Cash Back for that month. This $350 non-PIN Domestic purchase minimum is actually a really great thing for you. Why, you ask? It’s simple. The cardholders you refer will want their Cash Back also. This $350 non-PIN Domestic purchase minimum is a constant reminder for them to use their Cash Back Card each month. Their recurring spending leads to recurring Cash Back for you.

Note: You build up Cash Back on all of the completed non-PIN domestic purchases of your Cash Back Organization . PIN based purchases and international purchases are not eligible for Cash Back.

This is how working in the social world works; advocates don’t ‘sell’ they ‘share’ what they like and what works for them.

Our advocate site is our strategic business plan. It states what our vision and mission is. It has all the components of how we are meeting people’s needs globally. When people see our plan, the ones who want to make a difference, they get excited. What we are doing resonates with people and they in turn want to join with us and become advocates.

Basically we are looking for likeminded people who are advocates who want to work with us. We are looking for people to do the same thing we are doing to further our cause. We are helping people do a better job of helping the poor and sick and increasing their profits at the same time.

We have ways people can join our cause that matches what they want to accomplish. We have a place for people to be supporters by making a purchase, others will want to become advocates and refer people to make money, and others will want to become financial, wellness, spiritual, business, or life coaches.

Thinking outside the box and having the courage to do something different is the key to our success. We have programs for everyone and we have training for everyone on everything we do. Our programs focus on the individual’s interest and purpose in life. Our advocate site is not only free it allows people to advertise whatever business or products they want to advertise. Our advocates will get the training they need to meet their financial goals and fulfill their purpose in life.

Giving and fighting for the poor and being advocates, that is what we are all about. We tried doing things the traditional business way and other people’s way but we found like other people have that the traditional way does not work. People are more social today; they are more giving and informed and they want to do things that fit what they are trying to accomplish.

If people want to work in the health field, we have that. If people want to work in the wealth field, we have different choices for them. For businesses to succeed in social marketing, they will need a paradigm shift from being selling mode to being in a giving mode. They need to become a company that is remarkable – a business that people will want to talk about. Instead of throwing money into advertising to get in people’s face they need to find ways to make a difference in people’s lives. They need a way to prioritize their supporters as never before. Then they need to figure out a way to get noticed by their target market. The right target market will be passionate about your products or service. They are the ones that will talk about your business and give you referrals.

A company becomes remarkable when they start viewing their customers as their supporters and think outside the box to meet their needs. Meeting your supporter’s needs is how you execute your strategic business plan.

Simplify, simplify, simplify because complexity alienates where simplicity invites. When a business communicates over the heads of people they lose those people. A person will not buy if they do not understand what you are selling. A person will not buy if they do not understand how your product or service will meet their pressing needs. And bottom line you have to give people a reason to buy from you.

Everything you do has to have the focus of meeting the needs and desires of your prospective supporters as well as your current supporters. You must focus on your place in the marketplace – is your business easy to find online or in person? How does your cost structure stack up to your competitors? Do you give great customer service? Are you focused on saving your supporters time? Do you have a market appeal to people looking for your products? Do you have a business that supporters trust?

Make sure you have a structure in place that meets your supporter’s needs and that they sense that you are taking good care of them. Also make sure you have a structure that can handle the growth that will be coming your way.

The key to an actionable strategic plan is simple, you must make and set priorities. Of course the challenge is executing your strategy and that is why setting priorities is vital to working out your strategic business plan.

Businesses tend to take on too many priorities. If everything is a priority then nothing is a priority. When you are focused on executing your strategy things get done in order. Identifying the main priorities is an important factor. If your team finds they have more important things to work on than your strategic business plan then you have picked the wrong priorities.

There are a number of questions you will need to answer to get your priorities straight:

• What are your priorities for the year?
• What are your priorities for the quarter?
• What are your priorities for the month?
• What are your priorities for the week?
• What are your priorities for the day?

Leaders need to make sure they are leading their company in the right way and that their priorities are working.

What things get done depends on the organization’s strategy and the challenge is executing the strategy. Do you know what your strategy is? Do you have a planned out strategic business plan that you can review on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis?   What has happened in the last four weeks? Are you on track? Have you accomplished the goals you’ve set?

Level 3 Skill Set Training – Make Your Strategic Business Plan

A good business plan spells out who a company is, what it does, how it does it, and where it is going. A business plan is used to initially start a business, obtain funding, or direct operations.

A business plan and a strategic plan have distinct differences. Everyone’s goals are different so the more complex a business is the more complex the strategic business plan has to be. A strategic plan is a must to take a business to the next level.

A business has to know its purpose before they can put together a strategic business plan. A strategic plan is futuristic in nature and is used to provide focus, direction, and outlines actions in order to move the organization from where they are now to where they want to go to fulfill their financial goals and/or purpose. A strategic business plan will use a combination of marketing technologies and techniques that works best for any situation in the present as well as unforeseen changes the marketplace may have in the future.

Strategic planning is a tool that is useful for guiding day-to-day decisions, outlining measureable goals, and also for evaluating progress and changing approaches when moving forward. Without a strategic plan businesses will not be able to identify setbacks and address diversity so they are more likely to quit and fail. There are millions of new businesses starting every year and millions of businesses that fail every year.

A strategic plan will keep a business on the right path and right focus whether it is for a homebased business, traditional business, store front business, catalog business, internet business, or multi-level business. For a business to succeed they need to surround themselves with the right people, have the right resources and cash flow, and the right game plan.

By having different strategies a business will increase its chances for accomplishing their goals and being successful. A strategic business plan will give options helping the company to adapt in changing times and overcome obstacles. Without the right strategic plan, an individual or business will have a much lower chance to get to where they want to be.

It takes determination and understanding to make a strategic plan and execute the plan. A strategic plan is an in depth study of a company’s options and why things need to be done in certain ways and at certain times. If a business does things in a wrong approach or at the wrong time their success can be greatly diminished.

Defining a company’s mission, specific goals, and planned objectives are just as important aspects to the process of strategic planning as are the results. Strategic planning is a review and planning process that is undertaken to make thoughtful decisions about an organization’s future in order to ensure its success and avoid unanticipated risks. It requires a well-thought out plan for how to properly allocate time, human capital, and financial resources.

A strategic plan is careful to examine the company’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to be able to set long-term objectives and formulate short-term tactics in order to be more aggressive in the marketplace so the company can reach their full potential in the shortest amount of time.

A Special Niche

A business must have a special niche in the marketplace and must be constantly looking for ways to create something more, something new, or something better than what currently exists. Consumers are no longer impressed with any one new feature or service for very long unless their needs are being met.

Change happens quickly in social marketing so a business needs to know what their niche is and why they do what they do. How can a business position itself in this hyper-competitive social environment? It is by knowing who their customers are, what they want, and what their deepest needs are.

Have you ever seen a business that has dominated the market? It is because they add more value to their customers than other businesses and have learned how to tell their business story in such a way that compels prospective customers to buy their products or services.

Depending on how much money you want to make will depend on what you have to do and how much market penetration you will have locally and whether you will need to branch out into your state and beyond. By going nationwide or international will increase your income potential.

Marketing at its best will get you to your goals so you will need to define your goals in such a way a strategic plan will fit your goals. If you are not honest with your goals then likely no marketing company can get you to what you want to accomplish. The bigger the goals, the bigger the strategy has to be.

Depending on your business of course there will be a lot of different aspects to your strategic business plan. You will need to train your people, hire managers, hire manufactures, provide customer service, have ways of getting product delivered, and fulfillment, etc.

Level 2 Skill Set Training – Get Knowledge About Your Purpose

Have you ever noticed how babies learn? Babies start learning from inside the womb. Babies know voices even before they are born. After they are born they watch everything around them. It doesn’t take them long to know what is going on.

Babies watch, they listen, and they have a huge motivation to learn. They learn new things every single day by being around their mother, father, siblings, animals, and having new experiences. Babies use all of their senses to learn. That is why you see babies putting everything in their mouths that they possibly can. Watching is a huge part of learning as well as touching, smelling and hearing.

When you take a small baby to a store are you surprised when they notice everything? You can actually learn from babies because they have such a new and different perspective to things.

Did you watch the above video? It might take a while to catch on to what is happening but the examples are so true. One person sees another person helping someone, then you see that person helping another person, and so on. Then in the end, you see them all helping on the same project! How powerful is that? Pretty soon you have a changed world with that kind of outlook.

We gain knowledge from the people that we choose to associate with. What kind of knowledge are you learning? Are you associating with the right people that will help you fulfill your purpose? Do you put yourself in the right environment to learn from the right people? Who you interact with will make the difference of just having a purpose or fulfilling your purpose.

In Level 1 you were introduced to the first skillset ‘How to Find and Refine Your Purpose’. Next on Level 2 you need the skillset to ‘Get Knowledge About Your Purpose’ so that you can put together the next skillset which is ‘Making Your Strategic Business Plan.’ Knowledge is good but for Level 3 you need to have focused knowledge to be able to create a ‘strategic’ business plan. Every level builds upon the previous level and all work synergistically together.

Skillsets never change. The skillset on Level 2 about getting knowledge about your purpose will always stay the same. What knowledge, how you get it, where you get it, and the degree to which you get that knowledge are the variables. The skillset is the key. Every person needs the same skillset of getting knowledge to complete their purpose which is the secret to success. Without that knowledge there is no means of executing your plan.

What is your definition of knowledge? I would say that knowledge is information, data, facts, tools, or know-how, but it also means: the ideas or understandings which an individual possesses that are used to take effective action to achieve a person’s goal, dream, or purpose.

Everyone’s purpose is different so everyone’s knowledge will be different depending on your personality, passion, intellect, where you go to learn, how well you learn, how deep you research, how well you apply what you have learned, and so forth. It doesn’t matter what your purpose is you still need knowledge to fulfill your purpose.

In other words, if your purpose is to build affordable housing, you will need to know about structures, floorplans, plumbing, roofing, siding, kitchens, flow patterns, foundations, laws, how to get permits, locations, good business practices, organizations that can support your cause, and the list goes on and on so there is much knowledge that is needed to fulfill your purpose.

Increasing your knowledge is necessary but keep in mind that the more you are able to focus on what matters, the more strategic your business plan will be. If you go to school to become a secretary, it does not take getting a doctorate to achieve that goal. Get the tools you need for your results-based purpose so you can have results-based success.

Success does not just happen, you have to go after it and knowledge is the key to success. There are different ways to get knowledge such as:

5. Hire a mentor, counselor
6. Making use of volunteer mentors
7. Crony’s, family members

15. Video games
16. Educational cable shows

22. Life’s experiences good and bad
23. Working with businesses
24. Pastors, teachers and prophets
25. Motivational speakers
26. Learn from other students
27. Lessons from being poor or rich and applying the knowledge you learn
28. Learn from rich people’s examples
29. Traveling the world, getting a world view
30. Learning from successes, mistakes

It is important to get into the right mindset to learn and break down your plan into management pieces. Taking breaks helps to refresh your mind and renew your spirit to keep you in the right mindset. Listening to music also helps. Just realize that getting knowledge is a privilege. We have so many sources available to us to learn from.

Learn to recognize knowledge that is pertinent to your purpose and grab it! Become hungry for knowledge and embrace it. The more you know, the more confident you become because you start working towards your purpose by putting your knowledge into action; you stop looking at obstacles and focus on the end result. Keep an open mind for new ideas. One idea can be worth billions of dollars.

Getting knowledge is a life-time journey and one of your best teachers is experience. The more pertinent experience you get, the more knowledge that can be applied to your purpose later on. Getting knowledge will get you some degree of success but experience will teach you how to apply that knowledge. Even if bad things happen to you, you can learn from those experiences and take that knowledge how you overcame your own obstacles to help others.

Experiencing death or divorce in your family or having family members unfortunately that are killers, druggies, or gang members will give you firsthand experience. Learn from those experiences; firsthand knowledge is valuable so you can help people in similar situations. You may be the only person that can provide help to a person in need.

Who is the author of knowledge and gives us the ability to learn? It is important that we give credit where it is due and that is to our wonderful Creator for it is God who gives us the ability to produce wealth.

When you ask God to show you and reveal things to you, He will show you and you will start noticing patterns and you will learn one thing a day and another thing another day and at some point you start putting the pieces together and you start seeing a pattern of what He wants you to do.

When you are open to following God and His ways, He will give you the information as it becomes available and when you need it. It is a process. Brain mapping means you map out what your purpose is in your mind and when you start getting knowledge then God starts filling in the pieces. The more knowledge you get the more pieces He has to complete the picture.

A lot of times God brings a person into your life right at the right time to help you with something too complicated for you to understand or to help you. It is beautiful when God brings people together to fulfill the same purpose.

Knowledge is learned little by little and in every situation you put yourself in. Life experiences are a huge factor in learning. Who we have relationships with, where we live, where we work, the opportunities we choose, all have a bearing on how and what we learn. What you do in life matters every single day. That is why wisdom is so important. Without wisdom, you are likely to get onto the wrong path in life. Without wisdom you will not know how to apply knowledge so with knowledge, get wisdom!
